RDF-5 (RPF) Pellets Processing Plant Process

• Raw Material: RDF-3 or Paper/plastic mix
• Moisture: 25-35% depends on the previous process (sorting process is necessary in the MSW treatment)
• Step 1: plastic squeeze dryer to lower down moisture to 20%
• Step 2: Four shaft/twin shaft Shredder(To make sure the size will be lower than 30mm or less)
• Step 3: Pelleting and Cooling Station: Process the RDF into size8mm/10mm diameter and 20-40mm adjustable length pellets.
